We're happy to announce that as of today, the redesigned Reseller Admin Dashboard will be available for all of our Partners on October 1st, 2015. We've rebuilt the product with efficiency at the forefront, making it easier for you to successfully manage your business clients. All Partners will now have the ability to customize their client portal theme with their own colors, logo's and etc at any time. This enables our partners to better promote their brand and build their business.
New Notification Systems
The new partner notification feature empowers our partners to be proactive with their clients. The notification system can be enabled to notify you when your clients camera's go off-line for more than 6 seconds. This notification feature was designed as an add-on "managed service" solution that our Partners can sell above and beyond their typical surveillance camera sale. This feature also provides a higher chance of generating additional revenue through client service calls that before may have been missed.
Camera List
Our Camera List feature provides our partners a quick glimpse of all the cameras online and/or offline, camera type, company name, name of camera, streaming quality of camera and even the geographical location of the camera (this feature allows multi-location businesses the ability for one dashboard for all locations).
